Homemade BBQ Sauce

This came about when I decided to make bbq sauce and didn't have all the "proper" ingredients on hand and just improvised and used what I had. It actually turned out to be a big hit with the family and I now make this frequently.

How to Make Homemade Chocolate Syrup ~ DIY

This Chocolate Syrup recipe has no artificial ingredients. It is simple, quick, economical and most importantly, delicious! You should try it!
You will need: a medium to large saucepan;  a whisk; something to bottle the syrup in; a funnel is very handy;
and, of course:

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
1 cup boiling water
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:  Blend together sugar and cocoa in the pan. Pour in boiling water and mix together well. On high heat, bring mixture to a boil while constantly stirring. Once the mixture has reached a rolling boil, continue to boil while stirring, for 2 minutes. Then, remove from heat and add 1 tsp vanilla. Mix well. Let sit and cool.  Pour into a bottle or jar for storage. Enjoy!
