Cranberry Fruit Leathers ~ Dehydrated

This is a simple & delicious treat that is healthier than most store bought snacks. Even people who do not like cranberry sauce tend to like these.

All you really need is cranberry sauce and a dehydrator.

Directions:

Thinly slice cranberry sauce as evenly as possible. Place on dehydrator trays without touching or overlapping.

Run dehydrator for about 5 hours or so, depending on thickness of slices. Leathers are done when you can press with your finger and not leave an indention. They will remain "tacky".

Remove from dehydrator and let cool. Use a coffee filter, wax paper, plastic wrap, etc. and to line the container and place between layers to prevent them from sticking together.

   Enjoy!
